Qualifications

• Ability to travel between branches as needed.

• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers.
• Accurately balance and process transactions.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch-related operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls.
