Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with internet and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately.
• Log customer complaints and escalate issues to resolution.
• Promote referrals to banking partners for additional services.
• Complete branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC related tasks.
