Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail with numbers and written instructions.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer and handle night drops and related tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt fund transfers.
• Interact with clients and provide proactive solutions aligned with service standards.
• Stay knowledgeable about Columbia Bank products and services.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate products/services.
