Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients, performing teller transactions and ensuring accurate, compliant cash handling across branches.

Under guidance, you will cover staffing gaps, balance drawers, process deposits and withdrawals, and support the bank's Breakthrough Client Service Standards while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and written instructions.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling for clients.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits/withdrawals with accuracy.
• Support branch operations and assist other branches as needed.
• Provide proactive solutions and build client relationships in line with service standards.
