The role emphasizes risk mitigation, adherence to policies, upsell of basic banking products, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year of previous banking or customer service experience, preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions.
• Consistently demonstrates ability and willingness to build relationships with clients and other bank associates.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling functions for clients with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Accurately performs and supports daily tasks that maintain the integrity of the branch.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring safekeeping of money in cash drawer and prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
• Interacts with clients to identify financial needs and offer appropriate products.
• Supports referral goals for branch by referring basic bank products to the appropriate business partner.
• Travel to cover branches within geographic area as needed.
