The role requires attention to detail, ability to travel within the area to cover branches, and a commitment to delivering Breakthrough Client Service Standards. A High School Diploma and banking or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Support branch staffing and cover other locations as needed.
• Refer basic bank products to appropriate partners.
