Job summary

Columbia Bank in Roseville, CA is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients, perform teller transactions, and travel within a geographic area to cover branches. Under guidance of the Float Manager and Branch Managers, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent service, while deepening product knowledge and referring basic bank products.

The role is onsite with a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling for clients with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt fund transfers.
• Engage with clients to identify needs and refer basic bank products.
• Support branch operations and adhere to service standards.
