Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float who will be the first point of contact for clients at various branches in Eugene, OR. You will perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while supporting branching teams under the Float Manager and Branch Managers.

You will balance cash, handle cash drawer integrity, and help drive Breakthrough Client Service Standards. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Around 1 year of banking or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with ATM and night drop responsibilities.
• Provide proactive solutions and referrals to meet customer financial needs.
• Support branch staffing by float coverage within a geographic area.
