Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients, performing teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. You will travel within a geographic area to cover branches needing staffing support while upholding Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of banking or customer service experience. Bilingual preferred and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and assist in ATM balancing.
• Interact with customers to identify needs and refer basic banking products when appropriate.
• Travel within geographic area to cover staffing needs at branches.
• Uphold bank policies and regulatory requirements and maintain cash handling integrity.
