Nevada-Hand-Inc seeks a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations, provide coverage for Property Managers, and travel between properties in Las Vegas, NV. You will drive lease‑ups, re‑certifications, and onboarding while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance skills, with experience in multi‑family housing and proficiency in MRI/Yardi/Onsite. On‑site management and frequent travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years related experience or training.
• TCS or COS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months at company expense.
• Required knowledge of Section 42 compliance.
• 3+ years multi‑family housing management experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to respond to and resolve unexpected issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage staff, new construction, rehab projects, and resident relations.
• Proficiency with MRI, Yardi, or Onesite property management software.
• English reading/writing proficiency; bi-lingual Spanish/English desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property operation and provide coverage in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Travel to various properties and coordinate lease‑up initiatives and re‑certifications.
• Deliver property orientation and onboarding programs and lead special projects.
• Manage and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
• Maintain property files and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Lead leasing planning and marketing for new properties and manage the lease‑up team.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and monitor fiscal status of properties.
