Nevada HAND, Inc. seeks a Floating Property Manager in Las Vegas, NV.

This role covers multiple properties and supports the Property Manager by traveling to sites, overseeing operations, lease-ups, and re-certifications to ensure timely, compliant execution. You will lead and coach on-site teams, coordinate with Human Resources, and manage property accounting, vendor relations, and safety/compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may be considered.
• 3+ years multi-family housing management experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and provide coverage in absence of the Property Manager.
• Travel to multiple properties to support lease-up initiatives and re-certifications.
• Lead, train, and coach on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure policy compliance and fair treatment of employees.
• Conduct property inspections, manage safety programs, and maintain regulatory readiness.
