Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years of supervisory experience in property management.
• 1-2 years of multi-state property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of an apartment community and on-site staff.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, and resident services.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets; review vendor contracts with Regional Manager.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and capital improvements.
• Ensure compliance with housing quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to regional/out-of-market properties up to 75% of the time.
