Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Denver to oversee operations, leasing, and resident services. You will drive routine property management, lease administration, and marketing initiatives while maintaining high resident satisfaction and strong financial performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide corrective feedback.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure operations comply with the property management agreement guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Attend workshops and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, risk management, and loss claims.
