Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee daily property operations in Seattle. Responsibilities include lease administration, rent collection, and ensuring resident satisfaction while coordinating with corporate offices.

The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, and delivering excellent service, with requirements for 2–3 years in property management and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is hourly and benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required; knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Meet client expectations and deliver excellent customer service across properties.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead and communicate a shared vision to associates; foster a positive work climate.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents; ensure adherence to management guidelines.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with residents and corporate office on area maintenance and rules enforcement.
