Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations at our Reno properties. You will help manage leasing, finances, and staff training while ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, post rent, and balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Train staff on leasing, traffic entry, marketing, maintenance, and general operations.
• Assist with resident relations and problem resolution.
• In the manager's absence, assume property operations.
