Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will help manage rent, reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient property performance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a commitment to high service quality across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor00s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit leases and resident files for accuracy.
• Process evictions and leasing as needed.
• Monitor property maintenance and safety compliance.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Handle resident relations and problem resolution.
