Job summary

SPS North America Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist (Floating) to provide administrative support, mail and shipping, and front-desk services in a dynamic office environment.

You will gain hands-on experience across mail logistics, reprographics, facilities support, and guest services, with flexibility and opportunities to work at multiple client sites. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $22–$24, with potential for travel within the SPS

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office and MFD equipment.
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ months of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Mail & Shipping Support: Process and sort inbound/outbound mail and packages with proper chain-of-custody.
Print & Reprographics Assistance: Support copy/print production, scanning, imaging, and binding services.
Office & Facility Support: Maintain organized spaces, restock supplies, assist with meeting setups.
Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
Administrative & Client Support: Provide general administrative assistance with strong customer service.
