The position is based out of a designated home office with potential short-notice deployments to nearby sites, emphasizing reliability and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more in office services, reception, hospitality, retail, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate computer-based systems.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset; ability to follow hours and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail and shipping operations and log deliveries.
• Assist with supply ordering and stocking common areas.
• Provide front desk or concierge coverage and answer calls professionally.
• Support conference room setup and office moves as needed.
