This role involves greeting and registering patients, scheduling and triaging calls, and ensuring accurate insurance information at Mercy locations across the region. The position may require travel to various site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed.
