One Medical is seeking a Float Medical Receptionist to deliver exceptional in-office patient experiences across multiple offices. You will manage patient intake, scheduling, and outreach while upholding the One Medical brand in the lobby and supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency; bilinguals encouraged to apply.
• Experience collaborating in diverse, feedback-driven teams.
• Ability to adapt under pressure and take initiative.
• Proficient with computer technology and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage in-office reception duties.
• Handle check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and scheduling tasks.
• Support providers and team through problem-solving and ad hoc requests.
• Master our technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily work.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming office environment and restock supplies as needed.
