Job summary

Premier Health is seeking a Medical Center Receptionist Float to travel among offices, delivering excellent patient experience. You will handle patient relations, clerical duties, reception, referrals, registration, and support billing and collections as assigned.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years in ambulatory health care, knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA, and EMR experience (Epic preferred). Must adapt to multiple teams and settings.

The Medical Center Receptionist Float travels to offices throughout the network, as the need arises. The MCR Float position requires the ability to adapt and adjust to offices within the Physician Companies, which include Primary Care, and varied specialty practices.Medical Receptionists for Premier Health Physician Companies are responsible for patient relations, general clerical, reception, billing and collection functions, referrals, patient registration, and other duties as assigned.As the first point of contact for patients, they will uphold the excellent reputation of their practice and the company as a whole.
