Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year in property management or related field, and solid carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness; assist in emergencies and after-hours calls.
• Maintain work orders and communicate issues to leadership; ensure resident satisfaction.
