Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Anaheim, CA. The role involves addressing apartment and property maintenance duties and ensuring top-notch customer service and curb appeal for assigned properties.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds repairs, with emphasis on safety, on-time work order completion, and resident satisfaction. A valid driver's license and basic math, reading, and communication skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of property management or related experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks per supervisor and property manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as per state guidelines.
• Carry out carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertop replacement, finish carpentry, window/door repair.
• Support proactive preventative maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to meet standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and amenities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per company policies.
