Job summary

Greystar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a floating team traveling between sites. You will handle work orders, make-ready inspections, and oversee maintenance tasks to keep grounds, buildings, and amenities up to Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for internal/external interactions.
• Experience with maintenance management and basic financial/document handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Manages make-ready process, pre-move-out inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Sets cleanliness standards for grounds, buildings, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates supplies with the Community Manager.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance and follows safety procedures.
