Job summary

LSA Management in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across our Charlotte and Atlanta communities. You will travel to sites during transitions, staffing gaps, or large projects, with planned itineraries and ample lead time.

Qualifications

• EPA and/or HVAC certification is required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the portfolio area.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience with a people-centered approach to resident service.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform complex repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance maintenance.
• Travel across the Charlotte & Atlanta area to ensure vacant units are market-ready and service requests are resolved with excellence.
• Assist in training on-site technicians, fostering LSA's culture of skill-building and proactive excellence.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols and LSA's high living standards.
