Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cedar Flats in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

You will handle work orders, manage make-ready processes, and ensure quality by inspecting vendor work and enforcing Greystar standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA or safety certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and training accepted.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a support capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacants, coordinates vendors and inspections.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors for quality and policy compliance.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials; assists in budgeting for repairs.
• Performs monthly preventive maintenance per Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Supports budget development for repairs and capital projects.
