Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and be skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacant homes and move-ins.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials; orders supplies as needed.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA and local laws.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns promptly.
