Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate for two Charlotte communities. You will ensure grounds and curb appeal, support the service team, and perform routine upkeep across properties.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and upkeep of common areas and amenities.
• Respond to resident questions and maintain service standards.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA-related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and aid the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks as required and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors promptly.
