Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance experience in building systems (common areas, grounds, amenities).
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I and II or Universal required for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per policies and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and conduct pre-move-out inspections.
• Track inventory, gather supplies, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document work and close service requests accurately and timely.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
