Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards.
• Review service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and flooring.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and budget adherence.
• Mentor maintenance team and coordinate with property manager.
