Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, renewals, and related duties. You will engage with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and satisfaction, handling tours, paperwork, and move-in coordination.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred and experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork, and ensure smooth move-in processes.
