Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will directly engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with property management software. Experience in leasing and a valid driver’s license are beneficial.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to residents and prospects with empathy.
• Prior sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and office software proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and inquiries.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
