Avenue5 is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Spring, TX to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will manage lease documentation, maintain leasing records, and support maintenance coordination. Strong customer service, organizational skills and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience is preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity in the system.
• Assist with move-in inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Provide clerical support and assist with resident relations as needed.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
