Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a Floating Leasing Consultant in Dallas, TX to coordinate all leasing activities, move-ins/outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention while ensuring exceptional service.

Required skills include excellent customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and strong Microsoft Office capabilities in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all leasing activities including rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with resident relations and maintenance coordination as needed.
