Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction across properties and clients.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
