Avenue5 Residential, LLC in Spring, TX is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will engage with prospective residents, maintain accurate records, and support the maintenance team to ensure move-ins go smoothly. A high school diploma and at least one year in leasing or sales are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing activity records.
