Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate resident records.
• Promote quality living experiences and manage renewal paperwork monthly.
• Prepare lease documentation and conduct move-in/move-out coordination with maintenance.
