Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Seattle to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, prior leasing or sales experience, and property management familiarity, with a Tuesday–Saturday 9:00am–6:00pm schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retain clients.
• Ensure resident retention and client satisfaction through excellent service.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; process renewals monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects.
