Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartments rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and generate leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities and coordinating with maintenance.
