Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and weekly reports.
