Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a floating Community Manager Specialist to provide short-term on-site leadership across communities. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements, and support onboarding and training during transitions.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities; ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead the emergency response process and provide on-site leadership.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training needs; mentor on-site staff.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; manage rent collection and reconciliations.
