Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to partner with Community Managers across multiple properties, supporting daily operations, leasing, and resident satisfaction.

You will travel to assigned communities, show apartments, process leases, collect rents, resolve issues, and help maintain financial performance.

The role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to lead with purpose.

Qualifications

Six months to one year of property management or leasing experience, or equivalent education/training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi or RealPage experience preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Able to work in both office and property environments; lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned communities and support the Community Managers in overseeing all aspects of operations.
Show apartments to prospects, explain lease terms, and highlight community amenities.
Provide information on local schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation options.
Process lease agreements, collect deposits, and manage rental payments.
Respond to and resolve resident concerns, including maintenance and service issues.
Inspect vacant units to identify repair and maintenance needs.
Step in to manage community issues in the absence of the Community Manager.
Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
Supervise community employees in accordance with policies and laws.
