Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelors preferred) and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. Strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service are essential for success in this fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing; CAM/ARM preferred.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software and systems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site housing community operations and staff.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, finance, and admin activities.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Manage resident relations, retention programs, and customer service excellence.
• Plan and execute yearly marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing and safety guidelines.
