Job summary

Asset Living seeks a dedicated Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community under supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing standards.

You will lead budgeting, risk control, and resident relations while driving occupancy and service quality. This on-site role requires strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Lead emergency response and ensure compliance with policies.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and handle complaints.

Education
