Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial management. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, and lead resident relations and risk management.

The role requires supervising budgets, marketing plans, and reporting, with a focus on closing leases and maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance and financial operations on-site.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor deposits, rents, and vendor invoices.
• Lead marketing plans and leasing strategies to optimize closures.
• Handle resident concerns and implement retention programs.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and adherence to codes and regulations.
• Direct administrative tasks, reporting, and make-ready inspections.
• Coordinate emergency response and manage on-site resources.
