Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the complete operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all aspects of the property including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management on-site.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, implement strategic leasing plans, develop budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Drive leasing performance and resident relations to improve occupancy and retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines and fair housing requirements.
• Coordinate vendor management and timely financial reporting.
