Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine questions.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers and actively manage lobby activities.
• Accurately balance and process transactions following policy.
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition opportunities to banking partners when appropriate.
• Support branch operations such as cash orders, vault, ATMs, and wires.
• Perform AML/KYC related tasks and adhere to regulations.
• Maintain brand standards and support audits and risk controls.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
