Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.

• Well-organized and able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers while addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Introduce appropriate banking partners for identified sales opportunities.
• Handle branch operations like cash ordering, vault, ATMs, and wires.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC activities and ensure compliance.
• Promote inclusive culture and maintain brand standards; support audit requirements.
