Flagstar Bank schedules a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float who travels between assigned branches in Staten Island to provide high-quality, prompt financial services and resolve client concerns. You’ll introduce clients to mortgage and business banking experts to help them meet financial goals.

This role requires 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience in financial services, with a focus on compliant, customer-centric interactions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support sales to achieve growth targets across deposits and loans, and initiate client introductions to the right teams.
• Provide positive client experience by resolving questions and issues and through timely research and communication.
• Meet behavioral activity goals defined by Retail Leadership and engage with customers.
• Execute all banking transactions accurately and compliantly and maintain regulatory standards.
• Assist with more moderately complex projects as needed and adhere to company policies.
