Job summary

Flagstar is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float-PT to travel between assigned Staten Island branches, delivering high-quality financial services, resolving customer concerns, and presenting product details to meet clients' financial goals.

This role emphasizes client management, retention, and introductions to Mortgage and Business Banking partners; it includes more lending and basic investment interactions and requires strong service, sales, and compliance with banking

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income and foster primary client introductions to the right team member(s).
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by addressing questions, problems and complaints promptly and communicating solutions.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and compliantly; strive for no controllable losses.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform moderately complex special projects and adhere to regulatory policies.
